HOW TO USE

• Download and open the file in a pdf reader of your choice (For example GoodNotes, NoteShelf, Collanote, Notability, Penly, etc.)
• To use the hyperlinks, enable the read-only mode.
• Select the desired template page and copy it. Paste it after any of the divider sections.
